Got off the next morning in Heathrow, took the tube into London, and walked around a bit.
I got back on the plane that night to Mumbai. Arrived Thursday afternoon and went straight to the set of a music video my friend Viraj was shooting. An extremely flamboyant duet on stage 4 at Mehaboob Studios, one of the four main studios in Bombay.
The first night I stayed with Viraj in Juhu. My room at his place:
The next night was spent at the flat I will be staying in. The original owner Adam, also from Seattle, is still here but he is leaving on Monday. “Welcome to the Kingdom” as he introduced the place to me.
Yesterday was spend on the set of an interview with India’s top directors, Sanjay Leela Bhansali. We spent 7 hours lighting, for the half hour interview. This happened to be on the same stage as the music video two days prior. I think that is all for now. I am going to try and post more now that I have a regular internet connection.
